INNER PEACE FOR OUTER ACTION

Welcome back, this week for reading we have been reading many articles and texts about happiness social, mental, spiritual and physical well being and inner peace. The first thing that we read was called Whare Tapa Wha this article talks about how each part of well being is important and the four walls stabilize you, the four walls in the article are Phisical health, Spiritual health, Family health and mental health. The next thing that we read was INNER PEACE FOR OUTER ACTION, this talked about similar things to the other one like Phisical well being, Spiritual well being, Social well being and mental well being, it also says how you can improve you well being and what you can do. The next text was an article about how money can buy you happiness for or against. then we watched a short clip from kung fu panda and how he found his inner peace. We had to create an image about things that make you happy here was mine.😀

What does inner peace look like for you? My inner peace looks like being calm, focused and in a positive mood.

on my image I have added images of dancers because I have been doing ballet since I was little and I love it, I drew a sun because sunshine makes me happy, I put butterflies on it because it reminds me of being outside and I like being outside, I made a cloud with the word stormy in it because I have a pet bunny called Stormy, I made a heart with family because I love being with my family and I made a banner with friends on it because I love being with my friends at school.

The four walls are Phisical well being, Spiritual well being, Social well being and mental well being, I'm best at social well being because I have great friendships and I'm not so great at mental well being because of my emotions.
