Cyber smart lessons

This week with Sharon we have been learning what a good blog comment is, we had a checklist of things to do and one of them was make a Biteable about it. Biteable is a digital tool you can use to create a video, it can be used for all sorts of things. after we created a Biteable we had to create a screencastify of us reading our biteable here is mine. 😄 

I hope I managed to help teach you how to write a good blog comment, just remember all you need is an intro something positive helpful, and thoughtful.

Joy and Heron

 welcome back bloggers, this week for writing we are writing about a short clip called Joy and heron. in our writing we have had to use a Simile with a short hyphen, sounds and a complex sentence. first we had to choose our chunk, for this we had to choose a part of the clip to write about. then we had a lesson with my teacher Mrs Finlayson to help our understanding. here is my writing I hope you like it!

The Heron glared at Joy enthusiastically. He threw the fish, it was as slimy as a snail and silver-spotted. Joy rattled his head, getting rid of the freckled fish on top. His eyes lit up with great pleasure. The fishermen heard the flop of the fish as he turned around. He gave Joy a warm stroke, in seeing what he had done. Joy was quickly distracted, he set sight at a glittering dragonfly, he hopped up to the front of the boat chasing the dragonfly.

I really enjoyed writing about this clip and learning the new feature that we used, thanks for reading my blog.😏

welcome back bloggers, today I will tell you what we have been doing for writing this week. Well for writing we have been writing about this short clip called PARTLY CLOUDY. The teachers gave each of us a part to write about, there were nine parts and I chose to write about part five. We had to use a prepositional phrase, hyphen and a rhetorical question. Here is my writing for this week.😋

High in the stratosphere Peck had just returned for another ghastly delivery, he showed Gus where most of the feathers had fallen off his wing. Gus quickly formed another sculpture, and he then showed it to peck.

 Peck took a step back just as a small goat sprinted towards him and waked him in the stomach, Gus quickly set the goat down into a big blinding-white bag. Gus and Peck both gazed at one of the other cloud-creators having a great time with an adorable baby.

 Gus took a quick glance at what he had created in despair. Just before handing the package to Peck. Peck knew he was going to be beaten up with this cargo package. How was Peck going to manage anymore of these deadly deliveries?
